  • Periodically review expectations and make amendments to activities after obtaining up-to-date information from various sources.​

 

Volunteer Recruitment and Briefing:

Ensure that volunteers are always equipped with information to carry out the project.

PRE - EVENT FORM

This form contains guiding questions for you to set your personal goals for this project, and to conduct research before you meet your beneficiaries.​

ORGANISATIONAL CHART FORM

This form allows you to have a broad overview of the roles available and record down who in your team will take on the respective roles available. Do refer to the pre-event form to know more about your team members' strengths and weaknesses.

BEFORE THE SITE VISIT 

This form allows you conduct some preliminary research on the charities that you will be working with. As you read the organisations’ websites, pay attention to some of the following requirements they might have.
