PROPOSAL

Planning: After your site recce and meeting with the charities, it's time to start planning for your activities - with more details for a comprehensive plan!

Your proposal should contain the following:

  1. Aims and objectives

  2. Organisational Chart

  3. Timeline and activity outlines - with details and clear explanation. Do attach any other additional materials (e.g. an annex that shows the set-up of your activities with your proposal). 

  4. Logistics

  5. Risk management

  6. Back-up plans - always expect the unexpected.

LOGISTICS LIST

This form helps you to consolidate the logistics necessary - food, transport, materials needed. With everything in the same place, it is easier for you to get an overview at a glance.
